      Starting Area                                                           @  
      * The first 30 people participate in 45kmiMen in Generaljand the first 15
 
people participate in 30kmiWomen in Generalj have priority special starting 
area. 
         
      Starting Time                                                           @  
      * At 9:30am, the competitors in the 45km distance are first in line, and the   
competitors in all other disciplines follow them at each time. 
         
      Time Limits                                                              @  
      * All the checkpoints and the goal for all discipline will be closed at 15:30.   
         
      Method                                                                    @  
      * The method of the Cross Country is freestyle. However, skating is prohibited   
for the first 50 meters. 
         
      How to Record                                                         @  
      * The competitors will be provided a Torso Tagitransmitterj to record.
 
* The competitor attaches it to his/her ankle with Velcro. If the competitors   
do not wear it, the time will not be recorded. After the race, ‚lease return it to
an official.
* In case of lost, the Organizing Committee will ask the competitor to pay 
reimbursement. 
         
      Awards                                                                   @  
      i1j A Gold, Silver and Bronze medal will be presented to each winner who
 
hold the first, second and third rank. 
i2j The certificate of awards will be presented to the 4th to 10th winners. 
i3j The certificate of completion will be presented to each competitor who 
finishes the race in the certificate issue office at the venue. We do not mail 
the certificate after the race. 
i4j Lucky Prize: Participants in the race have a good chance to present prize.
